Kathy has 15 years experience helping both residential and commercial clients. Kathy is a recent recipient of the Top 25 Women In Business NEPA award. Her first year as a Realtor she won a National Award as one of the Top 50 Realtor’s On The Rise by RISMedia. She holds the Certified Negotiation Expert designation and National Association of Realtor’s C2EX Excellence award and the LRED designation signifying she is an expert in social media and marketing. LRED agents have the tools and coaching to utilize digital marketing to get you sold for top dollar! Kathy has also just completed all of her broker courses and will soon sit for the exams. As a Realtor, Kathy currently serves on the board of director’s for the Greater Scranton Board of Realtors. She is a 2 term President of the Penn State Scranton Alumni Society.
